About Us
My name is Daniel Backhauser and I am an Autocad Technician with over 30 years experience working for many of the major engineering consultancies in London and the Home Counties. I did my training in London. I was originally trained on the drawing board and in 1989 I transferred to Autocad. After 8 years working for Ove Arup Engineering Consultants in London I moved to a company in Kent into the position of Cad Manager. In 1999 I became a freelance draughtsman and in 2006 I set up my own draughting company DDB Autocad Services Ltd. I have an office in both Devon and London/Kent and generally I work on a remote basis for a range of companies both here in the UK and Ireland.
Whether you are a private client requiring a drawing for just a single floor plan for your new kitchen or bathroom suite in your house or Planning Permission for submission to your local council or maybe you are an Engineering Consultants or an Architectural company and you require your draughting managed on a much larger scale, from the preliminary stage through to the final construction stage. DDB Autocad Services Ltd is currently responsible for the draughting for many companies ranging from large engineering consultancies through to smaller interior design practices and space planners. We also provide residential drawings for Planning Permission.
